Quale driver cercare per l'audioChiuso

Question

Ciao a tutti,
anch'io ho un problema con l'audio. Ho un portatile Fujitsu Siemens Amilo (1848) con sistema operativo Windows XP Media Center. Senza capire il perché d'un tratto l'audio è andato in tilt. Cerco di correre ai ripari, ma dopo aver installato Chipset dal disco in dotazione dei driver ho provato a installare Realtek senza successo. La risposta è la seguente: "Microsoft bus driver should be installed before..."
Ho cercato in rete e ho trovato qualcosa che ritengo dapprima interessante. Un programmino di nome "Q888111 per Windows XP SP2", (http://www.geekitalia.it/2009/08/30/riparare-lerrore-microsoft-bus-driver-quando-installiamo-driver-realtek/ Vado a installare ma una finestra mi dice che la versione che ho io è più recente del software su citat. Infatti ho il SP3. Niente da fare. Trovo poi qui un link che mi porta su "https://www.driverscloud.com/", un sito che scansiona il pc indicando le caratteristiche (simile a Everest) e quali driver mancano, ma purtroppo alla fine tra i driver che ricerca in automatico non mi restituisce il BUS. 
Potreste per favore aiutarmi? Ditemi come fare a reperire questo Bus oppure un'alternativa per far funzionare l'audio. Grazie 1000 :-)

tasto destro su risorse del compiuter, gestione periferiche, clicca su controller audio e ti apparirà il titolo della scheda audio,clicca sopra con il tasto destro e attiva DISINSTALLA e poi riavvia 
si cercherà e troverà da solo i driver (SPERIAMO) ma attenzione questo inconveniente lo procurano solo dei MALVARE ciao e auguri
