Verifica versione BIOSRisolto/Chiuso

Question

Ciao a Tutti, 
ho un DELL E6410 con Windows 7 Professional, per problemi legati alle performance della VPN mi hanno suggerito di aggiornare il BIOS all'ultima versione, però a seconda della versione corrente potrebbe essere necessario fare dei passi intermedi. Come faccio a controllare la versione del BIOS ?

accedi al BIOS, nella prima schermata dovresti trovare la versione

ma dipende del BIOS installato

Il problema è che non so come arrivare a quella schermata, che tasto devo premere all'avvio del PC ?

All avvio del PC preme il tasto F2 
Oppure PC acceso preme i tasti Fn + F1

Come informazione aggiuntiva, da PC partito e operativo
Start -> Run -> inserire "msinfo32" e dare OK
