rimuovere facemood da firefoxRisolto/Chiuso

Ciao, 

vorrei sapere se si può modificare il motore di ricerca su firefox perchè quando cerco qualcosa mi manda sempre su facemood dandomi dei risultati poco soddisfacenti e in altre lingue.Vorrei inpostare un altro come preferito ma non ci riesco.Grazie

niente da fare ho modificato come mi hai detto ma quando inserisco qualcosa da cercare mi rimanda sempre tramite facemoods.Es. se cerco mythbustres mi appare una pagina di risultati da facemoods e sulla barra degli indirizzi compare        "http://start.facemoods.com/?a=stonicit&f=4&q=mythbuster" non so come fare

nella barra di ricerca (in alto a destra), fai clic sulla freccina quindi Gestione motori di ricerca
vedi se facemood è ancora nell'elenco e rimuovili puoi clic su Ripristina predefiniti

ho scaricato hijackthis e ho fatto "do a system scan and save a logfile" ma non capisco come copiarti il report.Quando il programma finisce mi appare una finestra con scritto "impossibile trovare il file C:\Program Files(x86)\TrendMicro\Hijackthis.log." e mi chiede se creare un nuovo file:si
o\annulla.Se schiaccio si il file blocco note,che è sullo schermo rimane vuoto e non capisco come copiarti la lista che appare nella finestra di hijackthis.Grazie

scarica Malwarebytes        

Durante l'installazione controlla che le caselle "Aggiorna", "Avvia"  siano spuntate        

una volta aggiornato il programma si avvia, clic su "impostazioni" e controlla che la casella "chiudi internet explorer durante la rimozione" sia spuntata.        

clic su "Scansione" e spunta "Effettua scansione completa"         

dopo la fine della scansione clic su visualizza risultato        

controlla che tutto sia selezionato quindi "rimuovi gli elementi selezionati"        

se viene chiesto il riavvio del PC accetta         

mandaci il report generato.

ciao e ben tornato,
hijackthis non riesco ad usarlo,cioè faccio la scansione,vedo il risultato ma non mi crea il documento in blocco note per poterlo inviare e non so cosa rimuovere.Hijackthis è in  una cartella dove non c'è niente altro.Non so come risolvere.Grazie per l'interessamento

vorrei chiederti un cosa per capire la causa del problema del salvataggio del log
clic destro sull'icona di HijackThis quindi "esegui come amministratore" poi prova il primo metodo "Do a system scan and save a logfile" e vedi se questa volta te lo salva il file log

ciao,
niente di cattivo nel report
alcune toolbar in internet explorer che io rimuoverei (forse perché non installo mai nessuna toolbar qualsiasi in nessun browser) tra le quale il maledetto facemoods :)
Apri Internet Explorer  Menu Strumenti > Gestione componenti aggiuntivi
cerca la voce facemoods e quindi "Disabilita"

grazie mille ho appena disabilitato facemoods anche da Explorer.Mi sa che per inesperienza ho installato dei toolbar senza saperlo.....ma sto migliorando.

nessuno nasce sapiente :)
il problema con i toolbar è che vengono installate con altri software... il mio consiglio è di leggere sempre ciò che viene scritto nelle finestre dei wizard di installazione prima di fare clic su "Avanti"... se non capisci qualcosa lasciala per default non importa molto... facendo pratica si acquisisce l'esperienza....
