ciao raga ho avuto uno strano problema il mio modem non faceva altro che disconetersi ogni 10 secondi adesso non lo fa più cosa potrebbe aver causato questo problema aiutatemi perfavore

Probabilmente hanno effettuato dei lavori sulla linea, se ora tutto è tornato normale non devi preoccuparti..se invece il problema persiste allora ritorna qui e vedremo ok?!!

Modem di che marca? (modem o router??)

* Apri "scheda Aggiornento" e clicca su ricerca aggiornamenti

* Effettua una scansione completa del computer.

* Elimina eventuali infezioni da virus (vedi guida allegata)

* copia qui il contenuto del report

* Eccoti una guida per l'uso del programma, comunque è molto semplice da usare

Bene.. allora fai così
* Scarica -->Random's System Information Tool (RSIT)<---

* Doppio clic su RSIT.exe per avviare l'utilità.

* Clicca su 'Continue' quando si visualizza il Disclaimer.

* Se Hijackthis (versione aggiornata) non è presente o non rilevata nel computer, RSIT lo scarica, quindi devi accettare la licenza.

* Quindi la scansione finisce, 2 report appaiono.

* copia il contenuto dei 2 report. ( C:\RSIT\log.txt e C:\RSIT\info.txt )

* Torna sul forum cera un messaggio per ogni report, log.txt e info.tx

Doppio click sul file scaricato e alla fine riavvia il pc

A questo punto bisogna che tu provi con un altro modem, perche il pc è a posto. Se con un altro modem va tutto bene allora sai da cosa dipende..
Magari prova a sentire infostrada per vedere se ci sono problemi sulle linee (molto facile che sia questo!!!)
